Calcium Carbonate (Fine / Medium / Coarse) is a high-purity limestone-based bridging and
weighting material used in drilling, completion, and workover fluids. It is acid-soluble,
making it ideal for minimizing formation damage in producing zones.
APPLICATION :
Used as a bridging agent in drill-in and completion fluids and as a partial weighting agent in
drilling muds. The different grades (F/M/C) allow for multi-modal bridging to seal permeable
formations while enabling later clean-up with acid treatments.
ADVANTAGES :
Acid-soluble, allowing easy post-job clean-up.
Available in controlled particle size distribution (F/M/C).
Compatible with water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based systems.
Helps control fluid loss and stabilize the wellbore.
Can be used to adjust mud density within desired limits.
Non-toxic, non-hazardous, and easy to handle.

Typical physical properties are listed below. Special particle size distributions are
available on request.
